It is my privilege to journey with my clients on their path to wholeness and vitality. I will help them see their own Mind-Body connections and what may be driving any limiting thought patterns. With my Quantum Scans they may see areas where their body has become dysregulated, causing pain and imbalances within. Healing also begins with awareness. By accessing the hidden parts of themselves, they may be able to gain tools and new insights that can be understood and even felt on a healthier level. I also work with my clients to balance their autonomic nervous systems as well as train healthy brain functionality. A higher integration of the left and right hemisphere of the brain will optimize Focus, Mood and support a stronger Immune System, thereby creating a brightening of the whole person. Other tools I use, such as ones in Electro-Magnetic form can be profound on a cell communication level increasing health through their whole energetic being! I will teach them how to slow down and how to pay attention which is anti-aging in itself. Calmness can be the new feeling and this vitality can be transferred into their everyday lives. They will start to think creatively rather than in reactive or old habitual ways. They will also learn to be self-empowered and take a new found responsibility for their own health and happiness. We will access the field where unlimited potentials in areas of the mind, body and spirit can be positive, and can be chosen. In small steps, I will help them feel their Higher Selves guiding them as we all are, with a Soul Purpose to learn, heal and grow…
My Thoughts on New Beginnings: 2018

As we enter this new year of 2018 we often begin by setting fresh goals to achieve, deciding what to bring in that’s new and what no longer serves us we need to ‘let go’. But underneath our day to day life there is a larger story at play that is weaving its energy through our very existence. Each year as we evolve in our history, the yearly number expresses itself as a quality and a tone that reflects the multitude of thoughts, deeds and attitudes of our current society. It seems of late we have gone through expansive times filled with fear, chaos, control, and oppression. It has felt exhausting and negative with few positive high points in between. Turning eyes to this New Year it seems already to feel a little more simplified rather than so heavy and complicated. This new beginning 2018 in numerology, presents a feel of cooperation and the ability to build solid relationships that can be maintained. This energy will be wise, peaceful, charismatic and playful. This coincides well as we are in a very unique time period where we are on the verge of a quantum leap evolving from Homo-Sapiens to a Universal Humanity of co-creation, as described by many visionaries like Barbara Marx Hubbard. By participating as a ‘collective whole’ we can start to dissolve barriers and embrace a sense of community and cooperation rather than the “Me, Myself and I” which seems to have been more often our center of existence. When we can experience a greater fellowship to each other in simple acts of kindness and using words to uplift rather than judge, point and blame, we will be able to raise the vibration of ourselves and our planet that ripples outward as a continuum.
If I were to give one example of what can be done each day it would be this. In the morning when we arise transitioning out of a dream/sleep state into a waking state, we are psychologically born again each new day. So just for a few minutes take the time to center yourself then invite your spiritual guidance to be with you; do a 3 minute mediation and feel your true self empowered yet humble; let go of expectations; and end by sending Blessings to others of your concern and yourself. During the day bring yourself back to a center point in a quiet space by taking a few deep breaths if you start feeling negativity taking over. These simple steps in mindfulness will keep you more present, healthy and positive. If we each do our part in some good ‘self-care’ and be less reactive, it will reflect in stronger and more caring societies, furthering our Year of Light, 2018.
What are Pulsed ElectroMagnetic Fields (PEMF)?

We are entering into the next generation healing work which is based in energy medicine as all energy is electromagnetic in nature, and nothing happens in the body without an electromagnetic exchange between cells. Our bodies are made of over 100 Trillion cells and this electromagnetic energy controls your chemistry. Each cell has an electrical charge that impacts the ability to refresh its nutrients and regenerate new tissue. In fact all matter is made up of moving particles and there are magnetic forces that exist in the space around these electrical particles. Since all cells need energy to function, the requirement is ATP which is fundamental to all cell and body functions and is necessary to sustain life itself. ATP regulates cell metabolism by transporting chemical energy within our cells, however, low ATP levels cause our cells to be sick, and decreases their ability to heal, regenerate, or function properly. Through increased motions of ions and electrolytes, magnetic fields help cells increase their energy (or “charge”) by up to 500%. By opening cell channels, dietary nutrients are better able to enter the cell, and waste is more easily eliminated from the cell. This helps to rebalance and restore optimum cell function. Research has shown that frequent use of PEMF therapies alter stress responses by acting directly on the nervous system, glands, cells, tissues, and organs. For example, by acting on the hypothalamus and increasing urine excretion of adrenaline, PEMFs have been shown to inhibit activation of the sympathetic nervous system and adrenal glands, while preventing a decrease in the body’s ability to resist stress. With continued use of magnetic therapies, the excitability of the nervous system decreases and emotional reactions accompanying stress can be corrected.
